All resources here are free to use, copy, distribute, etc., and they are trademarked and copyrighted to limit abuse by people claiming to strive to be as sincerely mutually and universally helpful as possible, per all my language -- but who, by my review of all readily-available relevant verifiable evidence, appear to me to actually not be. - In which case, if they use "Helpfulness Above All" or anything similar to it, or alluding to it, to appear to gain favor, they are responsible for damages, monetary and otherwise, and court costs to the Helpfulness Above All brand, and me, its sole owner. And that applies to the "H" logo on the superhero suits too. Those are trademarked also, just not labeled as such due to technical barriers. This is a limited website template.
